ToolCrate is operated by Alexander Schottky and primarily serves small business owners in the United States, though visitors may come from other regions.

- Account/billing-related information (limited): If you purchase Services, we may collect basic billing metadata (like your plan, invoices, payment status, and transaction IDs). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
B. Information we collect automatically
- Device and usage data: Such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, approximate location (derived from IP), and timestamps.

C. Payment information handled by third parties
When you purchase Services (including $497 + $99/mo for Full Build and $2,500 + $997/mo for Conversion OS, as presented at checkout), your payment is processed by Stripe. Stripe collects and processes your payment details under its own privacy policy. ToolCrate generally receives confirmation of payment and limited transaction details—not your full card number.
3. How We Use Information
We use personal information to run ToolCrate, deliver the Services, and improve them, including to:
- Deliver the Free Preview: Generate and send your AI design preview.
- Provide purchased Services: Build, host, maintain, and improve your website or related deliverables.
- Communicate with you: Respond to inquiries, send project updates, service notices, and billing-related messages.
- Marketing (optional): Send product updates or offers. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time (e.g., via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us).
